I loved reading all of the tips you guys sent in – lots of great ones, especially staying hydrated. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you’ve gotta stay fresh on the inside if you want to look and feel fresh on the outside, and making sure you keep yourself hydrated is one of the best ways to do so!
