On Friday I received my final Topbox – while I’m a little sad to end my subscription, I just couldn’t justify continuing to subscribe when I haven’t been completely satisfied with my boxes. Topbox, I’m sorry I had to break up with you – our relationship has been a little rocky, and I think it’s time for us to take a break.
On the bright side, Ipsy (formerly Myglam) has started sending to Canada, so I have decided to give that a try – I should be getting my first box in the next few days, so make sure you come back to see what that one is like!
Anyways, take a look at my November Topbox:
Cuccio Naturale – Butter Blend (.24 g sample – full size = $18.95/240 g) – Pomegranate and fig scented hand lotion – it is stated as being non-oily which is great – there’s nothing worse than a hand cream that leaves your hands feeling greasy rather than soft.
B. Kamins Nia-Stem Serum Kx (3 g sample – full size = $135/30 mL) & Moisturizer Kx (3 g sample – full size = $125/50 mL) – I have tried samples of a couple of B Kamins products that I received in a GlossyBox before and they are really nice – they’re also a Canadian company which makes them stand out to me. These samples are for anti-aging serums and moisturizers to help repair and brighten skin. Looking forward to trying these out – they’re a little on the pricey side, so it’s always fun to try something a little bit more luxurious.
Roberto Cavalli Eau de Parfum Deluxe Miniature (5 ml sample – full size = $80/50 mL & $105/75 mL) – First off, I have to say I loooove this miniature – so cute, and it’s a great size! This perfume is very feminine – sweet, but it has a sexy side to it as well.
China Glaze Polish in I Herd That (FULL SIZE! $10-12) – The nail polish gods must have been smiling on me when my Topbox was packed. This polish, from the On Safari Collection, is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! Light gold and oh so sparkly, it fits in so well with my polish tastes – in case you haven’t gotten the hint from previous posts, I am unashamedly glitter-obsessed, and this polish looks like I’ve got crushed up diamonds on my tips. LOVE!
